高雄市の北側の22号線に入り東へ走る。どうやらこの辺りは学校が多いようで，技術系の大学もあるな，などと走っているとさらに大きな学校が現れた。国立高雄科技大とある。つまりここも技術系のようだ。手前のコンビニは学生のものらしきスクーターでびっしり埋まっていた。高雄は台湾有数の工業都市でもあり，台湾自体が技術立国でもある。こういった大学はのちに東岸でも見かけた。＠22号線，東へ Went to the east on Route22, the north side of Kaohsiung City.
